Booking terms

Fishing days can be either half day or full day. Both have a maximum number of 4 people, except in the Big Game mode, where the maximum number is 2 people.

VAT: All prices indicated already reflect Value Added Tax at the current rate.

Lost & Found: items will be returned free of charge as long as it does not cause any inconvenience to the company and subject to availability, if the customer is still on the island of Flores or the island of Corvo.  Otherwise, shipping will be applied (via CTT). We keep the customer’s lost property for 2 months.

Payment Method: The customer may pay for the requested services by bank transfer, before the service. (NIB attached)

Accommodation Reservations:  reservations are made directly with us and the accommodation is intended exclusively for customers who have already booked fishing services.

Cancellation of activities: maritime tourist activity may be affected by adverse weather conditions or unpredictable situations, meaning it may be canceled and/or rescheduled.

In case of cancellation by the customer, the refund will be made in accordance with the following conditions:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the reservation date: full refund of deposit;
• Cancellation up to 15 days before the reservation date: 25% refund of the deposit;
• Cancellation up to 10 days before the reservation date: no amount will be refunded (except death or justified illness);
• Cancellation by FloresFishing (various reasons): full refund of deposit or possibility of rescheduling, subject to availability.
