A fishing race in the ocean.

Conditions:

– 2 persons;

– Customer’s fish (does not include cleaning and packaging);

– Damage caused to equipment will be borne by the customer;

Prices included:

– Recommendations/instructions;

– Experienced crew;

– Insurance;

– Water;

– Fishing and Tourist-maritime license;

– Safety equipment;

– Fuel included;

Prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Reservations will only be accepted after 100% of the total amount has been deposited.

In case of cancellation, the refund will be made in accordance with the following conditions:

– Cancellation up to 30 days before the reservation date: full refund of deposit;

– Cancellation up to 15 days before the reservation date: 25% refund of the deposit;

– Cancellation up to 10 days before the reservation date: no amount will be refunded (except justified death or illness);

– Cancellation due to weather conditions: full refund of deposit or possibility of rescheduling, subject to availability;

Observations:

Maritime tourist activity may be affected by adverse weather conditions or unpredictable situations, meaning it may be canceled and/or rescheduled;
