During a boat trip along the coast of Flores Island, our guests have the opportunity to visit some of the most impressive natural formations in the archipelago.

These natural formations, the well-known sea caves, offer a spectacle of light, color, and marine life, accessible from the sea and suitable for all ages.

📍 This experience is a 3-hour journey between Ponta da Caveira and Ponta Delgada, visiting the main sea caves and coastal waterfalls that flow directly into the ocean. It also includes a stop for snorkeling, weather and sea conditions permitting.

✨ Caves visited:

• Fernão Jorge Cave– A true geological treasure featuring basalt columns and natural backlighting. Inside, the cave reveals unique formations shaped by marine erosion.
• Enxaréus Cave– One of the largest coastal cavities on the island. With an entrance accessible by boat, it is possible to navigate inside and admire its impressive natural domes.
• Galo Cave– Known for its freshwater waterfall that flows directly into the sea. This semi-submerged cave is ideal for divers. The contrast of light and rich biodiversity makes it an unforgettable experience.
• Cathedral Cave– Named for its vertical structures that resemble the vaulted ceilings of a cathedral. It offers a magical environment with abundant marine life and excellent conditions for snorkeling and photography.

Reservations will only be accepted after 100% of the total amount has been deposited.

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made under the following conditions:
– Cancellation up to 30 days before the date of booking: full refund of the deposit;
– Cancellation up to 15 days before the date of booking: 25% refund of the deposit;
– Cancellation up to 10 days before the date of booking: no refund (except for death or illness with justification);
– Cancellation due to weather conditions: full refund of deposit or possibility of rebooking, subject to availability;

Observations:
The maritime-tourism activity may be affected by adverse weather conditions or unforeseeable situations, so it may be canceled and/or rescheduled.”
